Atmos LED Limited Warranty

Atmos LED (“Atmos”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Customer”) that Atmos-branded products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the applicable warranty period outlined below. Warranty coverage begins on the original purchase date as documented by an Atmos invoice or sales order.

This limited warranty applies only to new Atmos-branded products purchased directly from Atmos LED or an authorized reseller within the United States and its territories. This warranty is non-transferable and may not apply to products sold or installed outside the United States. Atmos’s obligation under this warranty is expressly conditioned upon receipt of full payment for the products.

By purchasing or using Atmos products, the Customer agrees to the terms and limitations set forth in this Limited Warranty.

*LED pixel failure is defined as an LED pixel that no longer emits light.

 

Warranty Remedy

During the applicable warranty period, Atmos LED will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component with a new or refurbished unit of comparable model and classification, accounting for reasonable product lifecycle updates.

Atmos will cover replacement parts and off-site labor performed by authorized Atmos service personnel, subject to the exclusions listed below. This warranty does not include on-site labor, removal, reinstallation, lift rentals, or access costs.

Any repaired or replaced product will be covered for the remaining balance of the original warranty period, unless a written extension is provided by Atmos. This warranty is not a maintenance or service contract.

 

Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Improper use, abuse, neglect, mishandling, or unauthorized modification

  • Incorrect installation, storage, or handling

  • Improper electrical conditions including voltage irregularities, faulty wiring, or power surges

  • Environmental exposure exceeding product specifications, including extreme temperatures, moisture, corrosive conditions, salinity, or natural disasters

  • Installation environments outside the product’s rated ingress protection or application type

  • Third-party hardware, mounting systems, rigging, or structures not supplied by Atmos

  • Normal wear, cosmetic aging, or color/brightness variance that does not affect core functionality

  • Unauthorized servicing or repairs performed by non-approved personnel

  • Compatibility or integration with third-party software, processors, control systems, or network infrastructure

  • Network security, data connectivity, or external system performance

  • Costs related to rental equipment, site modifications, or access limitations

 

Scope of Liability

Atmos LED’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the affected product or component determined by Atmos to have failed due to a covered defect during the warranty period.

Atmos is not responsible for differences in color, brightness, or appearance between original and replacement components, nor is Atmos obligated to repair or replace system components that are not deemed defective, even if used in conjunction with a warranted product.

No dealer, distributor, reseller, or representative is authorized to extend or modify this warranty beyond its stated terms.

 

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period stated herein.

Atmos LED shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, business interruption, loss of data, or other economic losses arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Atmos is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, parts availability, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

 

Warranty Claims & Documentation

All warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period. Claims submitted after expiration will not be honored regardless of when the issue occurred.

Customers must provide valid proof of purchase, including invoice, sales order, and applicable serial or batch numbers. Failure to provide required documentation may result in denial of warranty service.

 

Return Material Authorization (RMA) Process

To request warranty service, the Customer must contact Atmos LED Technical Support to obtain an RMA number prior to returning any product.

Returned items must:

  • Be clearly labeled with the issued RMA number

  • Be packaged in original or equivalent protective packaging

  • Include a written description of the reported issue

Products received damaged due to improper packaging or carrier mishandling may incur repair charges or void warranty coverage. Any shipment received without a valid RMA will be refused and returned at the Customer’s expense.

The Customer is responsible for inbound shipping costs and insurance. Atmos will cover standard return shipping for repaired or replacement items; expedited shipping is the Customer’s responsibility. Taxes, duties, and fees related to shipping or import/export are not covered.

 

Non-Warranty Service

If a product is determined to be outside warranty coverage, the Customer will be responsible for all labor, materials, and shipping costs. If no defect is found, a bench inspection fee may apply, along with return shipping charges.

Payment is required in advance of repair or return. Atmos LED will provide an estimate for approval before any non-warranty work is performed.
